hey there! I live a ketogenic lifestyle which I'm sure you already know means no sugar! The first few days and in some cases weeks you feel your body longing for sugar but after the first couple of days you no longer crave it! Our bodies are so much happier running off of fat than it is sugar. Fat is cleaner where sugar is dirty and burns like coal!

Making a cup of flavored tea and adding a spoonful of coconut oil to it usually helps my cravings especially if I add a bit of stevia to it!
