obesity or overweight is a huge problem today.

According to the WHO (World Health Organization)

*Worldwide obesity has nearly tripled since 1975.
*In 2016, more than 1.9 billion adults, 18 years and older, were overweight. Of these over 650 million were obese.
*39% of adults aged 18 years and over were overweight in 2016, and 13% were obese.
*Most of the world's population live in countries where overweight and obesity kills more people than underweight.
*38 million children under the age of 5 were overweight or obese in 2019.
*Over 340 million children and adolescents aged 5-19 were overweight or obese in 2016.
*Obesity is preventable.

  • The main reason for this condition is the wrong eating pattern of people and also a busy lifestyle.people are in the rat race for earning more money, become rich than the next-door person, to buy an iPhone, to buy a sports car, etc.but the point they didn't understand is health is the biggest wealth we can earn. think a minute if you face a heart problem or high cholesterol or any other health condition you can't earn money, the money earned by yourself is then paid for the hospital bill. LOARD BUDDHA is once told that our biggest wealth Is our good health.so take a step today to being healthy or lose some pounds from your weight, to burn some fat...

SO, now I'm gonna tell you some steps you can take to this condition...
1.stop! eating junk or cheat foods...stop offering a lot of money to McDonald, KFC, PIZZA HUT, DOMINOS cuz they are already rich...control your tongue and your nose and also your eyes stop being a slave...
2.eat complex carbs like oats, brown rice, sweet potato...
3.eat green leafy vegetables daily...
4.eat more fruits...
5.try to make your foods by you always...
6.eat nuts daily like cashew, peanut, walnut...
7.eat unsaturated fat like avocado and olive oil...
8.be active for at least 30 min a day...
9.count your calories and weight every day and also look at your big fat belly every day in the mirror.use your will power to become healthy...
10.drink more water every day...

all these tips are related to my experiences and I'll hope to continue this series as much as can.so STAY HEALTHY STAY PEACE..thank you
