Power Plate training / experience and advice

I do not know if you've ever met Power Plate, so I'll give you a closer look at what's going on with that popular machine.

So, two years ago, my boyfriend and I planned to open a training studio where the only device would be Power Plate, and all the other training would be training groups. Then the training at Power Plate was very popular, but also very expensive in my town. 30 minutes of training would cost about $ 100.
That training really didn't have a reason to cost so much money, even though the device itself is very expensive.
Actually, Madonna is the main reason why Power Plate has become so popular.

What is Power Plate?

Power Plate is a vibrational platform that has triple vibration and it stimulates your muscles while you just stand on it.
Each exercise makes it even more difficult and after 15 minutes of training you have the effect of an classical hourly training.

Many people are skeptical of these "15 minutes".
They think that you even can't sweat in 15 minutes. I'll just tell you to try and then talk.

On the trainings I had skeptical different men that girlfriends / wives / sisters persuaded to come and try and most of them could not withstand a 15-minute training to the end.

Of course, I have girls who are in shape and after a certain time, 15-minute training become easy so I transfer them to a 30-minute training.
30-minute trainings are really rare, and a real 30-minute training is really demanding.
