Antioxidant Paradox with Vitamin C

in health •  5 months ago

“Antioxidant paradox”—more like: if it’s isolated, then it’s NOT an antioxidant; it’s a free radical! And that’s exactly what vitamin C is when you wanna be dogmatic about these definitions. Don’t be fooled by having isolates as a marketed supplement—don’t be sold. Get it from its source: raw fruits and starchless veggies. Heck, the only reason people need these “antioxidants” so badly is because the population is consuming “free radicals”!

When it comes to vitamin C, I don't go for any other alternative than fruits and veggies.

I stop taking drugs since November 2009, up till date, I've been relying on the nature for everything and I am very sound.

I’m so happy to hear that!! :) you must spread this message to your friends, family, and your network of influence!

I'm doing that each time I'm having the opportunity, but rather for most of them to follow suit, they only marveled at me and ended up envying me... Lol

It is totally what I need, I wake up very early and if it is very cold it gives me allergy and it also gives me at night because of the weather. Thanks friend @robertgenito for sharing, Vitamin C has an antihistamine and anti-allergic effect. When we have excess of vitamin C our body eliminates it through the urine.

Very good topic @robertgenito as always, what I know, is that the consumption of vitamin C is essential to help our body to maintain high defenses
It works as an antioxidant and protects the body from the so-called "free radicals", which accelerate aging and are associated with a large number of diseases.

Vitamin C is one of the best known, people do not know what it is for and how it can be obtained, prefer to take medication. Vitamin C is a nutrient found in a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, and offers various benefits to the human body. The ideal is to eat the natural. When we eat a rich salad of broccoli or savor a refreshing orange juice or maybe we delight with some strawberries with cream, we do not think about the amount of vitamin C that each of these foods contains. BLESSINGS THANK YOU FOR SHARING FRIEND

Vitamin C has an antihistamine and antiallergic effect, while treating diseases of refriados, asthma and in my case that of sinusitis and I try to eat foods that contain it like Parsley, Currant, Watercress, Strawberry, Orange, Lemon, Kiwi and Guava .. thank you friend for such a valuable subject

We must be very careful with these antioxidants because in the long term they can have consequences. nothing like vitamin C and natural antioxidants, greetings

Vitamin C is worse than people think !
