My cousin age is just 10 and he has got weight upto 60 kg just because of junk food.
Chicken breed also have some painful effects for children

We keep our kids away from junk food and they love fresh fruits and veggies. We got them started at a young age. A healthy diet will boost their immune system, my kids are never sick and they attend public schools. How crazy is that? I call my wife the water nazi. She is always hounding they about their water consumption. Lol
