The brain is the processor of the full body. When it is OK then you are OK.... When it feels something bad the symptoms began to come out by several health diseases.

I wrote about the needs of sleep well. I have written 3 reasons to have a sound sleep will try to describe some other side effect of lack sleep. Where the brain sends all of the commands except emotions, when it's not healthy and not get enough rest then the disciplines must b break.

4.Sleep Reduces Inflammation

Inflammation of lungs is one the instant results of lack sleep. Whenever we have a little sleep, the level of stress increase that much that it directly distracts the process of digest system. And causes some problems in the stomach. Also, the lack of sleep reflects on the breathing system always creates some problems in our lungs. Lack of sleep also creates a high risk of heart-related problems, diabetics. So think before suffer, sleep well.

5.Sleep Makes You More Alert

You may be familiar with this one very often. When sleep didn't complete the cycle you feel slow down and totally exhausted. It often cleaves your mood and all day long you feel sleepy. A sweet sound sleep can help you to recover the situation and made you more active and fresh. A good night sleep can make you energized alert and active the next day. It helps you to think active and be active. Just have a good sleep and use the daylight you could feel the difference after a hard day full of work and the present day when you have a sound sleep between those two.

6. Sleep Improves Your Memory

When we are awake and active the body parts are doing some things and all the connections come from the brain. It sends and controls all the movement of our body parts that are remaining busy to keep us active. So the brain doesn't get that much chance to take rest and repair the loss and injured connections. So when we sleep. So when we sleep the brain remains active, actually it never sleeps. It remains busy processing your day, making connections between events, sensory input, feelings, and memories. The brain cells store the memories and at the time of sleeping, it gets enough rest to be more active. So sleep well as much as it needs to run smoothly.
