I know what i will do in my workout tomorrow. Let's see if i can master the challenge :)
Today i played baskeball, that's why i have to skip it to tomorrow, keep doing this workouts m8, its awesome

yes my first goal is to workout every 2nd day. And then increase it to every day :-)

hahaha, no absolute not! maybe in my dreams. I have a lot of "lazy days".
