We are always in a hurry these days. We are too busy focusing on what's going to happen next. Looks like we're not at the present moment and we are not enjoying what we have now. Meditation helps us to stay at the present. Be aware of ourselves and the situation around us. It helps us calm, relax and reduce stress. I love meditation and yoga.
