6 Self-Care Tips to Do Every Day at Work
When you go to office, you have to do a lot of things in time. Sometimes it might cause stress in your professional life. If you are not motivated at work, try these self-care tips.
01. Breathing
Take a deep breath. It will help you relax at work. If you’re feeling stress, just takes some deep breaths. Breathing can help you a lot to deal with your stressful situation.
02. Walk
Go out for a walk. Instead of sitting on desk for a long time, step out of your workspace and walk for 5 to 10 minutes. It is good for your health. You can start your work again with full energy.
03. Laugh
Laughter is the best medicine. If you just work, don’t have some fun, you will be bored at office. Have some fun, laugh and do your job. It will show your personality and help you to build a good relationship with your colleagues.
04. Healthy snack
What you eat, that impacts on how you feel. Try to avoid junk foods. It is not good for your overall health. So, bring healthy snack or have health snack when you are at office.
05. Gratitude
Find and make a list of five things that you are grateful for. How you see everything that is very important. It directly impacts on your life. We all have something that you are grateful for. Remind yourself about those things. It will inspire you to move forward.
06. Do some power poses
Research shows that if you do power poses before presentation, interview or any task, it will increase your performance. Do some power poses, off course not before everyone. Do it somewhere people do not notice you doing that.
