Breakfast to me is the most important meal of the day. I've slept most times without taking anything and i slept very fine but any time i rush out of home early without taking breakfast, after a short while, I'll start feeling weak and dizzy. the days that i took breakfast before going out are always more lively and productive than the days i didn't. It's the most important meal of the day to me
