According to data from ZAP Beauty Index, a survey of 17,889 Indonesian women by MarkPlus Inc. and ZAP Clinic, about 24.6 percent of women under 18 years are more concerned with having white skin than having a happy feeling.

"Seeing a lot of teenagers who want white skin more than happy, of course it needs to be educated again," said Fadly Sahab, CEO and founder of ZAP Clinic, August 20, 2018, in South Jakarta.

In fact, Indonesian women's skin is different from Korean women's skin. Because of that children should be given education to not emphasize white skin but to emphasize healthy skin.
