5 SITUATIONS WHEN YOU REALLY SHOULDN'T DRINK WATER

Not many people go to gym or eat dinner without drinking some water but too much of the stuff can lead to some serious health problems. So let's see when drinking water can actually be harmfull for you.

RIGHT BEFORE BED

There are at least Three reasons why you should avoid drinking water before going to sleep. It can potentially result in interrupted thus poor quality sleep. You will be running to the bathroom to pee thoughout the night and it may take longer for you to fall asleep again. Our kidneys work slower at night then they do in the day. That is why you may notice some facial and limb swelling in morning. Drinking water before sleep can increase dark color down your eyes. When you drink too much water the volume of your blood increases and this causes harmful pressure on the heart and blood vessels in the worst-case scenario this can lead to seizures.

DURING AN INTENSE WORKOUT

Experts say that excessive water intake while exercising can have several negative side effect. During an intense workout your temperature rises which is why you feel hot when yor are trainning but drinking too much water to cool down during a workout can causes on electrolyte,Nausea and Dizziness. That's why doctor recommend drinking water only after your exercise because it will flush out the waste products that have accumulated in your muscles and joints. It also imoroves flexibility and reduces soreness.

IF YOUR URINE IS COLORLESS

Completely clean urine is a sign of over hydration. If you have colorless urine, You are probably drinking too much water during the day, even when you don't feel thirsty. This H2O overload can lead to low sodium levels. Which can result in some serious health problem. Including a possible Heart attack.

TO WASH DOWN SPICY FOOD

You should never drink water after eating something spicy like chili papers. Their mouth burnning effect is actually caused by a molecule called capsaicin and when it reaches the mouth it provokes the pain receotors in their. The brain trying to get rid of the painful burning sensation makes sure your eyes water and your nose run,You may even start sweating. Since caosaicin is an nin-polor molecule. It can be dissolved only in other non-polor substance like milk. Milk contains fat molecules in the protein casein. Both of which are perfect for extinguishing the fire in your mouth. But if you wash down hot pappers with a polor substance like water,it just spreada the capsaicin all over the inside of the mouth and throat and if you have ever dine this before you know it only makes the sisuation way worse. If you don't have any milk on hand, just grab a bite of a not so spicy food instead of gulping down water.

RIGHT BEFORE,DURING OR AFTER A MEAL

Having too much water with your meal often leads to indigestion. This happen because your mouth produces saliva,which has Enzymes. That are eaaential for a healthy digestive process. Your stomach is turn also produces gastuc acid that's absolutly necessary,not only for digestion but also killing the bacteria in your food. This fluid is extremly important as it lets the stomach contract and pulverize your food.Without this process food pieces wouldn't be small enough to go through the intertines.Drinking too much water before,during and after your meals leads to a decrease in salivation and dilutes this gastic juice. For that reason undigested food piles up in your body and may even become toxic. Even if you eating healthy,keep in mind that consuming cold water or alcoholic drinks makes the situation even wors..OHOH 😲😲
