Thanks Deb for sharing the ‘skinny’ on switching to fat burning foods.. You did a lot of research and it looks like it’s paying off for you and Sift. It sounds like the MCT oil is the way to go.
Steemit is slow today again for me...

I don't know if MCT is the magic trick for everybody, but it seems to be helping us. I will keep reporting back.
(I've been having trouble using Steemit too, the last couple of days. So many Bad Gateways!)
