The Constant
All around the world is constantly bombarding us with thoughts of illness, there is hardly ever a day we can go without hearing about it, colors are even linked to certain illnesses for subconscious reminders. We hear about therapies or meds that have side effects through constant commercials creating more fear and unease.
What if we were to change the constant by concentrating on healing with a mantra of health and wellness always going on in the back of our mind? Then when we receive the constant reminders of illness we can live without the fear sinking in and being propagated this way.
Think of how when it gets cold outside your body works to maintain a normal temperature.
The body is always working on staying in this state of homeostasis no matter what is going on in our lives. We can give it fuel to overcome much through our thoughts of healing and peace. The body responds to what we think. “This is the “Constant” to help us overcome anything.
