More often than not, people focus on making money and forget about caring for their number one priority, which is their health. Nourish your temple (your body) and love yourself. ⠀
I am so grateful that I have been able to take full control of my health at an early age and not have to worry about my health suffering later on because of my poor diet choices. ⠀
