Thank you for this important addition. Conventional vs. organic produce can be such a game changer in our health and wellbeing. Just one of many great sources to explore this further - article by Collective Evolution.

We personally like to take the Clean Fifteen and Dirty Dozen lists as guidelines for our grocery shopping since organic produce is not always available or just a bit too pricy. Therefore we often like to avoid any fruits and veggies that are usually heavily treated with pesticides and only buy any conventional ones that are on the Clean Fifteen list. Future goal is definitely 100% organic, preferable from our own tropical garden oasis. 👌🏼
