  However, using lemons as food is the most useful thing you can do with it. It will drastically improve your health and daily life:

  •   Lemon is rich in citric acid. It breaks up the mucus in your sore throat and reduces pain and inflammation. It also kills all the bacteria you have in your throat.
  •  It helps with insomnia too! If you have some problems with sleeping at night, just slice one lemon and place those slices in a bowl beside your bed. It will help you breathe and that can also help you sleep better.
  •  Vitamin C is the one that helps your skin. It will look better and healthier. That is why you should drink at least one glass of lemon water per day! 
  •  Lemon water can also speed up your metabolism and serve you as a good fat burner. It also contains pectin, which is a type of fiber that will keep you “full” for a longer period of time.
  •  If you start drinking lemon water regularly, you will notice that your metabolism is faster and that your mood has been improved. 
  •  If you want to start living a healthy life, with lower levels of stress and better sleep, just cut up some lemons, and put some in a bowl next to your bed, and use some of that lemon to make a lemon water to boost up your health.
