Nice post and good info.
But I have to say that often thyroid test can be out of parameters and instead help people with the diet doctors prescribe straight drugs for it not even tryng anything else, this is not right!
I said to my wife after a not good thyroid test to not take the drugs the doc gave her so quick and repeat the test after being more carefull with diet most and try to guess what happened!?
