Greetings to all my steemit friends hope you all are well, fit and fine its been more than one and half month i think that i didn't post any blog but now nice to sèe you all and all your post hope you all are enjoying your work along with your life.

So today i am going to tell you about a simple and very useful thing u know our life is like a circle its like an earth which encircle round and round no its not about life i am just relating my blog and the topic in which we reaches again and again and listen same thing but we don't follow but for great body mechanism we should apply all healthy things in life thats what i was talking about.

We daily get up early in the mornjng and we want to take something fresh but there are only 30% of peoples who want to take something healthy did you ever drink warm water at early in morning once how it feels. It feels like some thing is purifying our body and something harmfull things which perhaps we collected through our body.

I will not go deeply but i will just tell you the real benefits of warm water may be you all uses this but there many of us whi who don't so this is
Drinking warm water is very useful first for our body which have collected many toxic substances and daily we should drink to flush all toxins which results a strong immune system and defence against several types of infections.

It helps in digestion its affect on intestines is very usefull which breaks down food particles and make our digestion good which protects us from many intestinal infections and indigestion.

It helps to keep our bowel movement normal and protects our body from the constipation and helps to keep skin and body hydrated and also good for skin.
Warm water also helps to dilate our constricted muscles and blood vessels which keep our body free from stiffness and maintain elasticity.
