Do You Find Yourself Unhealthy: Then Do Something Motivating For Being Healthy

Hello dear steemit friends how are you all hope doing great and healthy in life and enjoying it well. Today I will share some motivating thoughts if you feel that you are unhealthy because of your uncontrollable habits of life that impels you to being unhealthy.

I know this is the time of enjoying life fully and eating what you love to eat and what you love to do but if you don’t want to sick in future and bedridden patient you have to motivate yourself by stopping about craving of unhealthy thing. Nothing is unhealthy I think so if it can be taken in few quantity a quantity which can’t affect your health we should have the limit in life while enjoying.

Set Your Limitations

Healthy and fit life always attracts others who are not able to follow it I mean they want to live healthy life but can’t because they don’t have limitations in their life whether it is about eating or controlling they can’t that is why they want to do but can’t because their unhealthy habits stop them to do. They will think for a while but after that they will continue as they do. So we should limit our self in every field and health is so precious which gives us life if it will disturbed life will disturbed for whole and we will not able to do anything to make it better as before.

Control Your Cravings

Life can be enjoyed in a simple and disciplined way there is no need to do extra and to eat extra to make feel that if we will do big will good for us no it could be somewhere harmful for us and health is like that we should have a balance regarding it. Craving about anything results not good if we are fully satisfied but our craving doesn’t stop then we have to control these it is not that easy I know because if we are totally habitual but if we will think in different way and in positive way that this is not good for our health and it can result not good for me just motivate yourself and feel that responsibility of your health you will definitely success to control your craving trust me just try once.

Just Be The Real You

If you think that this thing is going to be very extra and uncontrollable and we are losing our control over it just mould your way and distract yourself if you understands well about good and bad affects never let think your mind about it and just try to be happy without it if that gives you satisfaction for sometime this will give you internal happiness for whole you will be happy in future about your decision that you left something which was very bad for you and you did a great job to leave that this feeling if you want to feel than stop yourself and be the real you.

Be Inspiration For Others

Be a best example for your peers and family prove if you can do it they can also do it and you will be the great example who understands the situation and think about well being of health and if you think you are able to take that in action. Motivate others and give some motivating tips to mind set and how we can inspire our self for our future for being healthy because if we are healthy then we are wealthy health comes first and we should have discipline how to manage it and how to keep it in balance. Hope this article will motivate you as I was thinking before writing it and will give you some important information.
