Hello dear steemit friends how are you all hope today was great and healthy for you. Now I am going to discuss with you about some habits of our life which I think we need to change in our life. Studies have shown that healthy life style only meets to achieve goal and they gave us many reasons and benefits about applying health tips.
Science always advise to accept better and best for health and you have listen the slogan that health is wealth this is really true our healthy life makes us wealthy and we able to earn because we are fit to earn and to go for more goals and targets. So don’t lose yourself from the tract and just made it and you have to change your life style I mean you have to make some healthy habits in life.

Habits That Should Be Changed

Addiction is something like we are habitual and we will not see the right time and right place we just do that I will give you here a very simple example of your diet do you have starving and craziness about eating spicy content more than meal can cause diseases which will not rise instantly but yes will trouble you for whole life and we know its result for body heart disease, heart burn, indigestion, weight gain immobility, bloating belly, breathing problem and many of others can be the reasons. Just change first that can becomes the reason for all that and choose healthy diet plan.

Avoid Late Night Party

Working in office in between your clients and lot of working hour during this struggle you must need break but if they will offer a party for late night we should avoid because obviously you will be offered for a drink and you will not decline their offer and it may be beyond the limit some time which is not good for your health it can cause addiction and you may addicted with others habits along with offering one. So just take a break with your family and they will offer you some healthy not harmful.

Quit Smoking

Smoking is very bad habit I don’t like peoples who smoke in public places today own words smoking is prohibited but I have seen many of times that peoples smoke I don’t know what is wrong with them. You know what I would like to share about smoking that those who do smoke take only 30% smoke inside their and rest 70% effects their surroundings means other peoples take passive smoking through some one active smoking so try to avoid both of active and passive smoking just stop that one who is smoking surrounds you will prevent your health being affected for lungs diseases.

Sleep Early And Wake Up Early

Changing these two habits plays vital role in life take sleep at proper time and wake up early in the morning will give us sufficient time for other activities like spending time while coming home and you may take few steps of walking with your family will beneficial to both of you because your family health is also your responsibility. Try to make yourself a role model for your kids and they will follow you in future. Environment teaches us what we should do next and if you have good habits it will inspire others to follow.

Stay Away From Negative Peoples

Some people encourage us and some always try to discourage so try to stay away from them if they don’t follow healthy life stop following them and future result will be good for your health because your peers may have bad habits and may influence you to try once but you have to understand what is wrong and what is right for health and how much it can ruins your whole life the result will heavy for you so just avoid those who spread negativity.
Motivate Yourself To Achieve healthy life style
Nothing is impossible you can and you will do it just keep these words in mind and motivate yourself that I will achieve this goal of life and will maintain for whole.
