Why should you need daily shower

As we know that showering is an essential part of our life, there are many people in the world who avoid taking the shower every day.  I think they are not aware of the facts that daily showering not only keeps them clean, it also makes them healthy and fit. I personally know many of them who skip daily shower, even their body start smelling. Ayurveda doctors say that a morning shower is an indispensible part of daily life and known as a curative activity which everyone should take it permanently. People should not omit daily shower for the following reasons:

1. Relaxes muscles tension: You might not need of physiotherapist in case of stiffness in your neck, which often happens while sleeping, as a simple shower may release tension in your muscles and make you feel more comfortable. It also makes your body more flexible.

2. It increases blood circulation: Many of us generally bath with warm water in winter. It also good for your health as it not only boosts your blood circulation, it also ensures that cells in every part of your body even hand and leg can receive nutrition easily. Thus, your heart gets relief from pressure and reduces the chances of having cardio vascular ailments.

3. Makes your immune system better: Why do we take shower? What are the reasons behind of it? The general concept is to clean the body that may have harmful bacteria and virus or fungal cells which can invade your body and make you sick. A cold shower increases the production of WBC which is the defense system of our body and it also motivates the lymph system and vascular to function well.

4. Fight depression and raise the mood: If you are depressed, a cold shower may help you release depression by activating your nervous system. It increases the production of beta endorphins and noradrenalin, a kind of chemical that occur in the blood help you fight depression and lift up your mood. It also helps the brain send electrical impulses that make you free from depression.

5. Enhances lung functionality: Your lungs work differently while showering. It forces you take a deep breathe and hold it inside there for a few seconds before you start exhaling.  In this way, it increases your lungs capacity and oxygen intake.

6. You become more sociable: It is a simple concept that your body smells good after having a shower. It increases your confidence and people don’t get hesitated to be around you when they find you neat and clean.
