Hi mate. Really liked your post. Being a fitness junkie, I know the importance of running. It's very important for heart. You covered some very good points like coffee. It works as great pre-workout. Also about eating the right food. If you don't have time for whole wheat pasta, just grab a banana. It can provide you energy for about 45 min. Looking forward for such posts :D
