Microbes!!! A stare in the face of CANCER!

An astounding revelation has met the study of medical science with respect to treatment of cancer. You’ve read correctly, microbes have recently formed part of a detailed study in the quest to cure cancer without damaging cells other than cancer cells. Yet, a lot meets the eye while attempting to unravel this exciting quest. Belonging to a family where cancer is prevalent, stumbling upon such news relieves me from the burden of having to ponder what those patients experienced while undergoing the attritional method of treatment.

Futuristically these cancer cells can be eradicated by using microbial bacterium that exist within
the gut of human beings. Immune therapy, this will be achieved by enhanced modification and culturing of such bacterial cells to facilitate cancer treatment. This expands itself to Bacteria- Mediated Tumor Therapy, this process entails utilization of good bacterium cells from humans to initiate responsive treatment. A few hypothetical test runs have been conducted and proves that this treatment is responsive and minimizes the size and most times kills the cancer cells within the affected area. The modified bacteriocin will be able to kill cancer cells as they require to survive within the host. This becomes a method of survival for the bacteriocin, with its modifications specified to target cancer cells it will remain a powerful unit to destroy cancerous tissue, nodes and cells. This will also aid in manufacturing of drugs modified for the same purpose without posing a threat to sensitive and infection prone cells within the body.

Though the advantages spell many as noted in the above paragraph, disadvantages lurks thereto.
While some responded well to the treatment during the test a few did not respond well to the treatment. The reason being exactly that, bacteria! However, this is not the work of the good, bad bacteria also exist within the body. This seemed to be the only inhibition leading to the cure of cancer patients. Surprisingly, scientist have found a way to combat this inhibition. Getting rid of bad bacteria to keep bacteria in suitable condition to effect treatment of all cancer tumors.

The findings clear a lot of the darkness surrounding new avenues of cancer treatment that appears less harmful to patients whom already have pain to bare. This is freshness to those who have succumb to such a pandemic and sparks new hope in the possibility of us having a suitable reply to the bully known as cancer. The evolution of science has experienced no boundaries when delving deeper exploring possibilities where experiments are concerned. Having success in these tests dawns a new beginning and ensures the longevity for those living with cancer.

I for one see this possibility in a positive manner, as more test are conducted scientist will be able to affect the necessary modifications and adaptions to make this trial successful. No good ‘discovery’ was achieved by dangling and unsolved meddled thoughts that just turned out revolutionary overnight. We are yet to witness a mass effect with a larger population of those diagnosed with cancer be placed under treatment to monitor their response. This will change the way people deal with cancer and the stigmas associated with it. Microbes the stand against cancer? A definite possibility.
