Is your life worth living

We are living in 2018 and many citizens in our closed society have mental problems and they have convinced them selfs that there is no other way to change. These problems are caused by the way we live our lives and some unexpected childhood traumas. I would like to ask the readers if they would like to live a happier and better life from the life they living right now? If the answer is yes then keep reading this article to find some interesting advises to make your life worth living.

Get a hobby

Whether it's playing football or dancing, giving your self-time to relax and work out is what you need daily. By finding a hobby you promote your mental state called "flow" also you will be able to deal with stess. There are many benefits that come from finding a hobby.   It's ok to slow down   Humans are different from each other. In the current era in order to do our jobs in the correct way and finish it as fast as possible we would be able to adapt to the current needs of our society, but for some people is   harder. It's not wrong to slow down and take your time to achieve something you want. Some people try their best but they fail because they burn out.

Money

If you feel someone close to you need money do not loan him money l, just make it a gift. Many friendships and other types of relationship have been destroyed by the same cause. Money doesn't make us happier and they can't make us feel our life is full but they can help us reach our life goals easier and make our time on this world more pleasant.

Foster social connections and spread the joy

Scientific evidence suggests that this is a core psychology need essential to feeling satisfied with your life. As humans, we need someone to have our back or someone who care for us. We need to form different types of relationship between other people (romantic, friendly etc.). Furthermore, the Harvard Gazette explains that the connections we have with others trigger a chain reaction that benefits not only you and your friend but many others.

Conclusion

We do have the right to live our life the way we want to but I suggest that if your fellow citizen is trying to help you or he is trying to pass you a message, don't be close-minded. Aristotle said that Man is social and if he can stay alone, then he is either an animal or a God.
