Very-very good post! Thank you for sharing. I practice meditation and I know what benefit it brings. But I've never heard about walking meditation. This is just for me, I like to walk )) I'll follow you ))
Thank you very much! That means a lot to me. If you like meditation, nature, walking and stuff you should try it. You can start with your next walk, even if it only lasts 30 seconds! Feel how cold or warm your floor feels etc. :)
