I remember researching this a few years back out of curiosity. It all lead me back to Viktor shauberger. I will have to go through my notes at some stage or talk to one of my colleagues that specialises in the whole water subject. Thoroughly interesting subject though! (upped)
oh and here have one of my favourite documentaries on Viktor.
