Winters are around the corner. (Not in every country) Being my favorite season it brings enormous joy for me. we need to take extra care of our skin and health. But no need to worry, here are few easy to go ways to keep healthy and glowing skin in winters.

Lets jump to handy solutions-

  1. Use lukewarm water instead of dead hot water as hot water washes off the essential oils from the skin.
  2. Keep yourself hydrated, drinking good amount of water is necessary that will also keep the lips away from tearing.
  3. Munch more on veggies, Gaining more and more nutrition is essential but eatc=ing more is not as useually we gain weight in winters, but yes keeping up with veggies will help skin glow.
  4. Use rich oil based moisturizer for skin, it will help seal water in the skin and keep it more moisturized than water-based face lotions.
  5. Learn to protect the skin,Get used to wearing gloves and scarves to protect skin from cold winds, rain, and snow.

Following these simple and easy steps will protect your skin and keep it glowing and beautiful.

Nice advices, the #2 is something we obviously think about in summer but easily forget in winter. My health is too poor for the the #1, I'd be sick quickly, but I guess I'll try to make it just a little less hot then. Thank you very much for sharing.
