In order to put your thoughts in order and improve the work of the brain, there are certain actions after sleep:
1.When we wake up, the first thing to do is to remember your dream. Every day we solve important professional and life tasks, and even when you sleep, your brain continues to work on them.
As a result, our unconscious loads tremendous ideas and solutions into your head. The problem is that after waking up, most of us do not remember our dreams.

2.Then, carefully make the bed. You ask, how else is it connected with the brain?There are two reasons: Firstly, the order around us is of great importance. Secondly, you start your day with a little success, because > as the day you start it and you continue it . >

3.It is better to brush your teeth with a non-leading hand. If you are right-handed, then it is better with your left hand, since research at this time showed new neural connections in the brain.
4. Drink more water. The brain is 80% water, but people often forget about it and suffer from dehydration. A person loses a lot of water in a dream and this needs to be compensated.

5. Running is very useful in the morning. It combines physical exercise and enriches the body with oxygen. Strenuous jogging reduces body weight, removes subcutaneous fat, helps our body look more sexy. But let's not forget that it should be daily, rather than one, two runs in year.
6. A personal diary is needed for the plan for the day, for the week and for the month. You also need to write down, for which you are grateful to this life. Thankfulness creates an inner attitude that perfectly influences the brain. When you learn to appreciate what you already have, then you will be given what you want.

7. Reading and vitamin cocktail. Those who read, always win those who watch TV.
Therefore, you need to do this every morning. The average person reads 1-2 books a year. And a serious manager of 6 books a month. Therefore, a book a week is a mandatory minimum for you.

Besides a favorite book and a vitamin cocktail, it's just nice.
Do not forget about the main thing, concentrate this energy on the necessary things, do not waste on trifles. Do not forget that there should be a system of good habits. It should work from day to day. Thinking, memory and body need constant improvement.
