Many parents stop taking their children to the clinic for lack of money, but even so there are public places where the dental treatment is totally free and they stop attending because they think that in a private one it is better.
Little Time
Many of the oral diseases presently presented by children and adolescents are due to the lack of time for their parents to dedicate themselves to good oral hygiene, to a good teaching of brushing and a balanced diet.
Fear
In some cases there is the possibility of time and money but this is where the child's behavior influences the fear of dentists. They adopt a series of behaviors in which the parents decide to stop taking them to the consultation.
Challenging behavior
A challenging behavior is due to the lack of skills such as: not understanding the rules, poor understanding of verbal and nonverbal language, difficult self-control, etc.
Timid behavior
These are people who relate very little, tend to avoid social contact and have anxiety and fear before others. Among its manifestations is:
Deficit or lack of interaction behaviors with peers and adults.
Behaviors of anxiety, fear, fear, worries and negative thoughts in the face of habitual interpersonal situations and situations that imply evaluation (asking, giving opinions, etc.).
