Study: Daily diet drinks linked to strokes, heart attacks, and early death

“women who consumed two or more artificially sweetened beverages each day were 31 percent more likely to have a clot-based stroke, 29 percent more likely to have heart disease and 16 percent more likely to die from any cause than women who drank diet beverages less than once a week or not at all.”

Interesting, but not surprising article about the risks of drinking diet drinks. This is very much a wake up call to all those people out there that are still drinking diet drinks, or any soda drinks for that matter. I've long since quit all those drinks, and to be honest, don't miss them at all. I do enjoy the daily cup of coffee though, hope they never find anything bad about that, lol.
