Oatmeal smoothie
Well what we have here is a very good and healthy breakfast for those on the go all the time very simple to make and will hold you over til lunch,ok first you need 1 banana cut up frozen is better,then 1/2 cup of good old dry oats try not to use the ones that come in like packs they are loaded with sugar,then add 1 1/2 tablespoons of peanut butter,now here you can add about 7-9 ounces of milk again use what you like i like to use almond milk.Blend all together add more milk if needed to get the right mix try it very very good tasting.
This might make me not hate oatmeal. I'll have to give it a try.
