More workout

Well for all who like to workout and want to keep soreness down after working out,this will work very well first we need some pineapple which helps keep inflammation down after working out,and to reduce soreness,now bananas are very good also get back the potassium and magnesium from working out,than there is yogurt for protein to help muscles to grow,now if you really do not like pineapples you can use cherries they have very good anti inflammatory benefits.Also if you want to add in place of yogurt you may use peanut butter or juat use protein powder of your choice.Believe me this makes a great post workout drink you can blend all together add some coconut water to help rehydrate.
