Well we all need to eat more seaweed it is very healthy for the body,for one thing there have been studies that have proven seaweed helps with inflammation its the very powerful antioxidants,they show that seaweed will help reduce arthritis pain,plus seaweed will help celiac disease,and also asthma,and depression.There was a study done on the antioxidants and found that green seaweed very high levels of phenolic compounds that are one of the most powerful antioxidant in seaweed.
