Well i eat kale about 3-4 times a week,i eat the kale with like with my salmon which i also eat about 3-4 times a week plus ill also have like some beans with that too beans like pinto,black,and kidney beans,makes for a very healthy meal plus kale is a good source of vitamin K which is another important nutrient what it does in your body is to help with blood clotting and just one cup of kale has about 5-6 times the daily amount,you see the vitamin K in kale is not the same that is found in like soy foods or animal products,you see in kale its called vitaminK1 and this can help to prevent heart issues and also osteoporosis,plus kale has nutrients that can help with the fight against cancer also,you see sulforaphane has been shown to help with fighting cancer at the molecular level plus there is another one called indole3 which may also help to prevent cancer also but much more studies on humans is needed here too.
