Well here are some herbs high on the list of antioxidants to put in with the foods you eat to help to keep you as healthy as possible.Here are a few that you can add to most of your foods first i like is garlic and then you have cayenne pepper,green tea,and then you have cinnamon and oregano,and then turmeric and parsley and then you have ginger.Just to name a few but you can add these very very powerful herbs with any foods to have a very healthy body.
