Well for those of you who do not know what you eat is who you are also,you see what you eat can really effect your over all health including your risk of getting things lime cancer and heart issues and even diabetes,cancer has been shown to be linked to your diet heavily too,you see there are many foods to help reduce your risk of getting cancer too,ok the first one is Broccoli has sulforaphane which has very powerful anticancer properties too,one study found that sulforaphane reduced the size of breast cancer cells by like 70% thats a wow and another study found that given mice sulforaphane killed prostate cancer cells another wow but these studies were either test tubes or animals studies really need for studies to be done humans for real,and another study found that eating more cruciferous veggie also shows a lower risk of colorectal and also colon cancers too,so with all that one should eat broccoli at least three times a week an steam is one of the best ways to eat broccoli if you do not want to eat it raw.
