Cucumber
Well the cucumber i love in the summer helps to keep me hydrated also has potassium and magnesium,which also help with high blood pressure,if u go to the gym u would see they have cumcumber smoothies.Also good for diabetics,helps with cholesterol.What i really like is a cucumber smoothie they are great in the summer months,all you need is 1cup of milk of your choice like fat free skin milk or like almond milk again what ever you like,1 1/2 cups of strawberries,frozen are the best,and 1 cucumber now you can do this unpeeled or peeled again what ever you like,i my self like it peeled,just cut it in chunks,and then add some raw honey i use LR rice honey i found it to be the best add about 1 1\2 tablespoons.believe me it is so so good.
