Well here we have a vegetable that can help with athletic performance and is really great for blood pressure,i mean there have been studies that show beets to help with obesity,also help with diabetes,and one of the most important heart disease.There was a study that showed the effects of taking some beet juice like 350to500 milliliters reduced blood pressure significantly,mainly because of high levels of nitrates.
