Well here we have avocados which is a good source of heart healthy vitamins and nutrients like vitaminB6 and folic acid and also vitaminE and monounsaturated fat and glutathione which helps to regulate homocysteine levels which is linked to an increase risk of heart issues,ok now we.have a great smoothie which is easy to make takes about 2mins very fast if you are late for work try this instead of some crap ok first we add 1 nice an ripe avocado then we add 3-4 tablespoons of almond milk or milk of your choice then add 1tablespoon of raw honey and i like LRrice raw honey,and then add some ice then blend all together until nice and smooth try this very easy and simple.
