Well if you are like me you love avocados,well here what do to make a avocado smoothie that is really good tasting and very healthy,here we go first you well need is 1/2cup of almondmilk or milk of your choice,and 1cup of good old spinach now either 1 whole avocado or 1/2 i my self use 1 whole avocado,and then 2cups of blueberries just love those blueberries,and also 1/4 tablespoon of cinnamon.And if you want you can add 1tablespoon of raw honey.blend it for about 10-20 secs.Real good.
