Yes, sadly I am familiar with the increase in brain tumors in a few countries. That is just the tip of the iceberg that is getting the most attention unfortunately, and even having said that, it gets practically no attention at all.
People today are clamoring for the new iPhone wireless earphones, the "AirPods" which cost ca. $180, where one headphone receives the wireless signal from the phone then projects the wireless data stream through the skull to the other headphone. I would love to see the studies about what that is doing to the brain tissue...but of course there aren't any!
Apple will do their own studies into this... all non bias of course ;)
