You will need:

1 cup frozen cauliflower

1/2 avocado

1/2 banana

1/4 tsp peppermint extract

1/2 tsp matcha powder

1/2 tsp wheatgrass powder (optional)

1/2 cup raw macadamia milk, or nut milk of choice

Toppings = Other half banana, granola, almond butter & hemp seeds.

To make:

Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender, I use the Ninja.

Top it all off with other half banana, almond butter, granola, & hemp seeds.
