I absolutely love Kombucha... It is seriously one of those live foods, that is changing the face of this planet and all of those health problems that people have are slowly disappearing. Thanks for the reminder!
Please note that you do not have to go through the boiling water process, that takes so much of your valuable time! HOURS of waiting to do all certain processes.
Just use distilled water from Walmart. The only thing you have to do is to dissolve your sugar, make it concentrated and brew the tea, also concentrated. All you have to do is to divide sugar and tea between your jars and adding distilled water. KOMBUCHA is GREAT!
