Why breathing is poisonous
Breathing all the time can be such a bother, but do we really need it?
Having to breathe in and out constantly and with all the pollution in the air, do we really want to invite all the toxins in our body?
The answer is NO
Before we came to earth, we lived in space.
You heard of it right? In space there is no air.
We didn't had the need to breathe and still lived peacefully. By the time we migrated to earth, we were exposed to high amounts of air.
Air is poisonous for us and to cope with it, we had to get accustomed to the poison. Exactly 3000 years later (the past), we can live on the planet without dying immediately.
BUT
The poison is still dangerous for all of us.
Oxygen can break down the very cells that make up tissues and organs, our bones and blood.
But why is it so dangerous?
The same way metals rust with oxidation, the metal in our blood does as well, it puts stress on our body just to remove the rust in our blood.
A well known Doctor called "Russel Blaylock" mentioned in his book "Health and Nutrition Secrets that can save your life" that 95% of the oxygen that enters our cell goes to the mitochondria. (The mitochondria is the power plant of the cells. It uses nutrients to create energy, oxygen is high in pure energy, this overloads and therefore damage the power plants)
And if that is not enough, 5% of the oxygen are so called free radicals and as the name implies, they are free radicals, free to create havoc in our cells. Imagine throwing a bunch of lit firecrackers in the toilet, the firecrackers is the free oxygen, the toilet is your body.
You can hold your breath for a limited amount of time, but you will get the feeling that you HAVE to breathe.
Why is that?
Simple.
Throughout the years, we have become addicted to oxygen. It is like alcohol, drink too much for a period of time and you cannot live without it anymore.
It is like oxygen, our body has become dependant on that substance.
We have to slowly prohibit ourselves from breathing that poison.
The effects of withdrawal will be torture, but the results are going to be worth it.
wow never knew ! very interesting :) will follow you !
Thanks, please spread the message, so people will know the danger of breathing.
