What are pearl sago? And how they are prepared?

in #health7 years ago

Pearl Sago or pearl tapioca (sabudana in Hindi) is made from raw tapioca (cassava) roots. These roots are flashy and store mainly starch as food. They are crushed in a tank and the extract is stored for a few days. It changes its nature and turns it into a light paste. It is then poured into a machine or big steel streets will holes to produce while granules. The balls are dried and are called sabudana.
