CONCUMBER -WHY CONSUME IT?

Some people say that cucumber is tasteless and they loose interest in eating it. While others give unnecessary excuses just to avoid consuming cucumber, I also did that when I was small but since I came to know how important cucumber is, I've not relented from taking it.

Some people eat cucumbers because they just love it without knowing what it does to their bodies. I think we should always make research to know the importance or the effects of what we consume, it's very important.

I just bought these ones yesterday. It's remaining just these three and it will not pass today
