Banana is a fruit that is rich in minerals like calcium, potassium and other nutritious minerals that need by our body. This fruit is know in every country and the Philippines is one of the large exporter of banana fruits in the world, because we have lots of banana trees in our country. This fruit is very suitable to live in a tropical weather like in our country. We do not need to do an extra care to make this tree live. Just throw the bananas with some seeds, then let it grow. It will going to automatically grow and live by itself, the rain will going to water those trees, once they are growing. The tree of banana is not that sensitive, but can live anywhere around our country.

Eating banana fruits has offer lots of good benefits in our body, not only to ease our hunger but to make it healthier. This fruit has a high fiber content, the fiber has a function that helps to slower our food digestion in our stomach, the result, we will feel full and never think of eating more food once we have done eating it, in that case, we can prevent our non stop eating habit. Its potassium is good for our heart and blood. It has iron, that fights against anemia or low blood pressure. The banana has calcium, magnesium and other minerals that helps and boost our body organs.
