In my opinion, sleep quality is very influential on our health conditions, including maintaining an ideal body weight.

Because sleep is one of the important activities for health. Adequate sleep can help control appetite and weight. Sleep also helps prevent chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease.

As I heard from health experts, people who do not have quality sleep have a risk for health problems such as cancer and will experience a decrease in quality of life.

In my opinion this is suitable for you to try to sleep quality.

The first thing you do is plan the bedroom well. Everyone has different needs and activities in the bedroom. Some need TV for entertainment, some also make the bedroom just for a place to rest. No need for a TV in the room.

The second thing that can be done is adequate lighting, indeed general lighting is not enough. You need task lighting for your bedroom. Task lighting illuminates certain areas for specific activities. For example reading lights. You can place it on the side of the headboard, work desk, or above the side table.

The last is the placement of beds, plan well the placement of your bed is a simple step for quality sleep next. This is very important because it will affect the circulation of the bedroom.

As an example I said, placing plants in your bedroom is enough to help improve the air quality in the room as well as a simple step for quality sleep.
