1tsp yoghurt
1tsp besan
1tsp peeli makka ka aata
quarter tsp chaat masala
quarter garam masala
quarter tsp haldi
quarter coriender powder
half tsp red chilli powder
2 pinch kasoori methi ka powder
2 pinch orange food color
in tmaam cheeso ko fish ke ooper daal kar dono haatho se achhe se masal ke merinate kar ke ek ghante ke liye rest karne ke liye chhod de fir fry karde
